C. Crady Swisher, JD

C. Crady Swisher is a law clerk with the Law Office of Luther E. Milspaw, Jr.  He was formerly admitted in to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Previously, Crady practiced in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  A past Chairman of the Commercial Litigation Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now, Association for Justice), he worked in many areas of litigation, including  commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights, criminal defense, social security disability, and workers’ compensation.  Crady also previously served as a court appointed special advocate for neglected and abused children. His writing has appeared in the Whittier Journal of Child & Family Advocacy, the Washington University Journal of Urban & Contemporary Law, Trial, and The Champion.  Crady graduated from Washington University in 1984. Currently, Crady works as a law assistant under the supervision of Attorney Milspaw in accordance with the provisions of Pa.R.D.E. 217(j).
