Luther E. Milspaw, Jr.

Luther E. Milspaw (Chip) has practiced law as a general practitioner for over 38 years. He commenced practicing law in October 1974 with the firm of McNees Wallace & Nurick [#48] in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and started his own practice in 1979 in Harrisburg. For the period 1985 to 2002, Chip was in partnership with Marvin Beshore Esq., practicing as Milspaw & Beshore. He and Marvin continue their respective law practices at 130 State Street, Harriburg.

Chip is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse civil litigation practice in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and represents  clients principally in south central Pennsylvania. He is frequently retained as co-counsel with out-of-county lawyers in cases in Dauphin County.

He practices and litigates issues in a broad general civil practice, representing individuals and small businesses  Chip serves as a member of Dauphin County Arbitrator Panel, is trained in Divorce Mediation and has served as a Referee for Liquidator of Reliance Insurance Company. A native of Pennsylvania, Chip resides in Harrisburg Pennsylvania with his wife, Jeannine Turgeon, a judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. He is most proud of his five daughters and their extensive accomplishments, as well as his grandchildren and extended family. He enjoys skydiving, scuba, antique Chevys, his grandchildren, and gardening.
