Tara L. Swartz, CRP

Tara Swartz has been employed as a paralegal for the past 12 years and joined the Law Office of Luther E. Milspaw, Jr., in July 2005. She has experience in all areas of a general civil practice, but focuses her work in Family Law, Litigation Support, Estate Administration and Real Estate.

Tara is a 2001 graduate of the Academy of Medical Arts & Business (currently known as the Keystone Technical Institute) with an Associate’s degree in paralegal studies.  In August 2012, Tara passed the Paralegal CORE Competency Exam administered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, earning her right to use the CRP (CORE Registered Paralegal) designation.  She is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association (CPPA), the National Federal of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), the National Notary Association (NNA), and the National Rifle Association (NRA).

In her spare time, she enjoys riding motorcycle, swimming, hunting, and spending time with her family. Tara resides in Mifflintown with her husband, Doug.  She has one son and three step-children.
